Three entrepreneurs develop a concept and package offer about food and experience
Efforts within Kickstart Nature Tourism
The three entrepreneurs Lora Leijoned, Vibäck 10 and Kämpenberg Creative Kitchen have seen opportunities in jointly developing a concept around nature experiences and food. Through Leader, they can now work to realize the ideas and develop a concrete package offer together. The focus of the experience package is to take guests out into nature, pick their own ingredients (where possible), and prepare the food outdoors together with a chef.
The aim is to increase collaboration between food and experience players to enable more visitors to the individual entrepreneurs.
The goal is to develop a proposal for a package offer. The offer should include hiking, nature experience/picking your own ingredients and food.
Wild menu at Vibäck
The initiative gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to discuss, among other things, business concepts, contract forms and marketing - in order to realize a joint offering.
Kickstart Nature Tourism
Kick Start Nature Tourism is a LAG-owned project that will support landowners and nature tourism entrepreneurs to create package offers.
The purpose of the project is to promote knowledge and collaboration between tourism companies and those who own the land to develop sustainable nature tourism that benefits the local population, nature, culture and entrepreneurship based on land ownership.
The goal of the project is to offer process development to 10 sub-activities in packaging nature tourism and producing films and articles about the project.
Landowners, nature tourism entrepreneurs and associations with connections to nature and cultural environments within the Leader Sörmland Coast area of operation can apply for process management support to develop a new nature tourism package.
