Feasibility study: Experience local Trosa

Entrepreneurs Trosa Gnesta will conduct a feasibility study to investigate whether a common collaboration solution for entrepreneurs and tourism throughout Trosa municipality is feasible. The feasibility study will map the interest among local traders and actors, collaborate with other relevant actors such as the municipality, and develop a basis for joint campaigns and initiatives. This can strengthen the local economy, entrepreneurs, and tourism throughout the municipality. The model can be inspired by how actors collaborate in the Nysams model, in Nyköping municipality. It is important that the entire municipality is included in the initiative, not just Trosa center.

The feasibility study will produce a decision basis with recommendations on whether and how to proceed with a collaboration model or not. 

The feasibility study is driven by Entrepreneurs, and the project group includes representatives from Trosa municipality (business/tourism) and ÖSP (Östra Sörmlandsposten).

The feasibility study will be conducted from January to May 2026.
