About the project
Sanna Rinman (private company) is seeking support to develop the loft at her equestrian facility "Ekbacken" in Järna. The project will enable year-round use of the facility. A parallel project is being planned by Ekbackens RF to adapt and make the loft accessible to a meeting room, see Stallhäng for seniors.
The motive for the investment is to increase the facility's utilization rate and create better conditions for rentals, new target groups and a more long-term profitable business. By renovating the mezzanine floor, Sanna Rinman can take advantage of a currently underutilized area and make it usable all year round.

The basis for Stall hanging has clear goals and a well-defined focus that responds to a current need – to create accessible and sustainable premises for new activities aimed at the elderly and people with disabilities. The project has been designed commercially and resource-efficiently, with a division of responsibilities that clearly means that investments lie with the property owner and the benefit with both the association and society. The effects are considered to be long-term, transferable and in line with the Leader Sörmland Coast strategy. The project combines local community benefit with business growth.

The project aims to increase the equestrian facility's usability and customer base and reduce seasonality.
The goal of the project is to insulate the loft in the riding hall and build a wall facing the riding arena.
The activities in the project are demolition of existing stairwell walls and simple preparatory work, contractor services: Insulation of walls and ceilings, installation of canvas and interior boards, paneling, installations of heating, water, sewage, ventilation and electricity, and basic painting.
