Hölö Off Track Festival finds new partners and more local audience through a feasibility study
About the feasibility study
Hölö Off Track Festival has been run by Yellow Tiger (non-profit association) for five years, and has steadily increased the number of visitors. It is a festival that mixes music, circus, performances, and culture, and it takes place outside Hölö in Södertälje municipality. This year they want to deepen the collaboration with local associations and other venues for the festival. The aim is a more inclusive festival and the hope is that more local residents of Hölö will find their way to the festival. Collaboration primarily with Cultural Center Hölö Kyrkskola.
The feasibility study is conducted during March-September 2026.
The feasibility study does not finance work during the festival itself, only the work with local collaboration in preparation for the festival.

Part of the project ”Smart Rural Areas”
Leader Sörmlandskusten is running its own project in 2026 to enable support for smaller initiatives that contribute to more sustainable and smarter solutions in rural areas. By smarter, we mean more adapted to local conditions, using local resources, and collaborating in new ways based on the actors present in the area.
The project aims to strengthen local engagement and contribute to new methods, working practices, and community solutions that make our rural areas more sustainable, resilient, and attractive to live and work in. The goal is to support 5-10 smaller sub-projects.

Purpose: to test and develop a local collaboration model for a more centrally anchored and co-creating cultural arrangement in Hölö. The sub-project will strengthen local collaboration, clarify the distribution of responsibilities, and contribute to increased capacity for future joint arrangements.
